Is there a way to Transfer memory from my old motherboard to my new one?

I'm thinking about doing a complete overhaul on my computer (new i5 processor, LGA 1155 motherboard, DDR3 RAM, and a EVGA nVidia GeForce 9500GT ) and I was curious if you could transfer data from your old motherboard to your new one, i.e. downloaded game addons (FSX) and your general computer data. Info would be helpful.
