How do I find out how much each core within my cpu is being used?

I'm running FSX (Flight Simulator X) with a Dual Core E8600 3.33GHz processor and I want to find out a) Whether both cores are being used and b) how much % usage when running the game for each individual core. Can someone please help me? Cheers.
