A Paypal Currency Conversion Question?

I think paypal will tell you your conversion rate before you make the final click to finish the transaction. If not then according to google 100usd is roughly equivalent to 61.57gbp. Don't expect paypal to give you that rate so maybe it'll be 67ish.
