Help with Flight Sim X?

hello..I have FSX installed on my laptop (bought 1 year ago) Dell. In some places it turns slowly..most usually on US airports...I would like some help by telling me which is the best way to make it run faster than normal..better if its on high graffics (not ultra high) but I dont want to buy anything!!! thank you!!
