FSX Mission guide not speaking.?

I know that in FSX missions theres a mission guide that talks to you. But for some reason he doesnt say anything. Maybe its a button i pressed. I checked my settings and everything is set to default. The voice is on. And set to high. Is there a button i can press to Enable this? My in-game sound is also on. I havent changed any settings in FSX.
