Dust particles under ipads screen 1 day old under warranty....replacement ?

i got my ipad2 3G 64GB...when i was trying to put scratch guard to it...i founded some small dust particles under the screen...i got it in hyderabad,AP in chroma store,jubilee hills....when i went to the store for asking about the issue tday....they told the apple representative is not there...u can come & contact tommorow.....will i get a replacement...if so hw long will be the process & should i wait untill the stock arrives ?????
