Do black pearls and citrine look good?

I have a sterling silver ring with citrine as the stone. It's in an oval shape. I also have three loose pearls. Two of them are black pearls and were found in the same oyster together and are (if i remember right) are .5 millimeters. (i might be wrong). I don't want them loose anymore because I don't want to lose them. So my question is - Do the black pearls and citrine go together. I know its kinda halloweenish black and orange.
